I. SPENDING ACCUMULATION MECHANISM

The Vina Collective Membership Program operates based on the mechanism of accumulating Members’ spending at restaurants within the Vina Collective system.

Eligible spending value means the total actual payment value of the invoice, after deducting valid promotions and discounts and before VAT.

Spending is only recorded when the Member provides account information, such as phone number / Zalo Mini App account, at the time of payment.

Transactions for which account information cannot be verified, or transactions arising after the time of payment, will not be recorded in the system.

II. MEMBERSHIP TIER MECHANISM

Members are classified into tiers based on their total accumulated spending value within a calendar year, from January 01 to December 31, specifically as follows:

• Silver Tier: Total spending below VND 10,000,000

• Gold Tier: Total spending from VND 10,000,000 to below VND 50,000,000

• Platinum Tier: Total spending from VND 50,000,000 or above

After successful registration, Members are assigned to the Silver Tier by default.

Membership tier will be automatically upgraded when the corresponding spending threshold is reached.

Total spending will be reset to 0 on January 01 each year.

III. MEMBER BENEFITS

Members are entitled to benefits corresponding to their membership tier, including but not limited to:

• Tier-based discounts:

  • Silver: 10%

  • Gold: 12%

  • Platinum: 15%

• Birthday offers:

  • Silver: 15% discount voucher, one-time use

  • Gold: 20% discount voucher, one-time use, and 01 complimentary item valued at VND 200,000

  • Platinum: 25% discount voucher, one-time use, and 01 complimentary item valued at VND 500,000

• Other offers and exclusive experiences announced by Vina Collective from time to time.

IV. VOUCHER ISSUANCE MECHANISM

Vouchers are automatically issued through the system, such as Zalo Mini App / SMS, when Members meet the conditions of the Program, including but not limited to:

• Successful membership registration

• Birthday

• Membership tier upgrade

• Participation in marketing campaigns

Vouchers will be sent directly to the Member’s account through Vina Collective’s platforms.

V. VOUCHER USAGE MECHANISM

Members use vouchers by presenting a QR code or identification code at the time of payment.

Each voucher:

• May only be used once, unless otherwise specified

• Has a specific validity period

• Has no cash redemption value

• Is non-transferable

• Is only applicable at restaurants within the Vina Collective system or designated locations.

VI. PRINCIPLES FOR APPLYING OFFERS

Membership offers and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs, unless otherwise specified.

Each transaction may only apply one form of offer with the highest value, unless the system allows combination.

VII. CASES WHERE SPENDING WILL NOT BE RECORDED

The following cases will not be recorded as spending:

• Cancelled or refunded transactions

• Transactions using vouchers from third parties

• Account verification failure

• Signs of fraud

VIII. ADJUSTMENT AND REVOCATION OF BENEFITS

Vina Collective has the right to:

• Adjust or terminate benefits

• Revoke vouchers in cases of errors or fraud

• Refuse to apply offers if regulations are violated

IX. OTHER NOTES

Members are responsible for checking the applicable conditions of each offer before use.

Vina Collective shall not be responsible for refunds where benefits have expired.

Policies may be updated from time to time.
